Main features:
- Compact and Space-Saving Design：Our spiral extruded sludge thickener has a modular assembly. Unlike traditional models, it’s easy to install and saves a lot of space.
- Saves Water：The spiral extruded sludge dehydrator has a moving ring. When it works, the moving ring and static rings overlap. The spiral shaft drives the moving ring to clean the filter slits on its own. This cuts down water use a lot. It uses less than 1% of the water that other thickening equipment needs.
- Simple to Operate and Maintain：We designed the spiral extruded sludge thickener to be easy to use. With different sensors, it can run for 24 hours straight without getting less efficient. If something goes wrong, it sets off an alarm and stops working by itself.
- Works Well with Low-Concentration Sludge：This thickener is good for processing sludge with concentrations between 0.2% and 2%. It can make the sludge concentration go over 5%.
