Jingjin makes its frames from Q345B material. The tensile strength of Q345B is 1.4 times that of Q235. This makes the filter presses operate more safely and stably. We use carbon dioxide protection welding to make the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate.
We design the main beam of the Jingjin filter press as a welded box structure. We manufacture it with submerged arc automatic welding technology. For all parts that need painting, we use high-speed centrifugal ball blast to remove scale and iron rust. After applying MIO epoxy build primer, we directly apply an acrylic polyurethane coating. This ensures good adhesion. This process saves hundreds of tons of putty every year. It cuts costs, lessens the environmental impact, and improves the paint’s adhesion and the filter press’s corrosion resistance.
