The JINGJIN automatic dissolving, dispensing, and dosing machine has a feeder, dissolving tank, dilution tank, reservoir tank, return pump, dosing measuring pump, control system, and base.


First, you manually put solid powdery raw materials into the aggregate bin. After that, the machine can add dry powder either automatically or manually. Then, it mixes the dry powder with water and stirs it well in the dissolving tank. Next, it sends the mixture to the dilution tank for more stirring. From the dilution tank, it moves the mixture to the storage tank. Finally, the dosing pump pumps the mixture into the pipes in the right proportion to meet the dosing requirements.

How does Dosing Machine work?

  1. Control System：The dosing device has an automatic control system. It manages the dosing process and changes the dosing amount and frequency based on preset settings and actual needs.
  2. Metering Pump Operation：The metering pump is the key part of the dosing device. It often uses plunger or diaphragm structures. By making the piston or diaphragm move back and forth, it precisely takes in and releases the agent.
  3. Agent Delivery：Following the control system’s commands, the metering pump draws the agent from the drug storage box and sends it to the medium that needs treatment. This ensures accurate delivery.
  4. Mixing and Stirring：In certain dosing devices, after the agent mixes with the water, you need to stir it thoroughly. This makes sure the agent spreads evenly and gives the best treatment result.
  5. Water Quality Monitoring：Some dosing devices come with water quality monitoring equipment. It checks water quality factors like turbidity and pH in real – time. This allows you to adjust the dosing plan promptly.
