What Is a Plate Frame Filter Press?

Plate and frame filter presses is a dewatering machine. It removes water from sludge. It has metal plates and frames that alternate, with a filter medium or cloth in between. We feed the sludge into the center of the press. Then, we apply pressure to squeeze out the water. The filter cloth catches the water.
