Technical Advantages
We make the Jingjin frame from Q345B material. Q345B has a tensile strength 1.4 times stronger than Q235. This makes the Jingjin filter press work more safely and stably. We use carbon dioxide shielded welding to make the oil cylinder seat, pressing plate, and thrust plate. This gives them a strong build.
The main beam of the Jingjin filter press has a welded box design. We use advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to make it. To make all the parts that need painting last well, we use high-speed centrifugal ball blast to remove scale and iron rust. After that, we put on a MIO epoxy build primer. Then, we directly add an acrylic polyurethane coating to make sure it sticks well. This way, we don’t need hundreds of tons of putty every year. So, we save costs and help the environment. Also, it makes the paint stick better and the filter press more resistant to corrosion.
