Single Chamber Feeding Membrane Plate
We make Jingjin’s filter plates from polypropylene (PP) with a precision molding process. The filtration surface has a special channel. This channel keeps the operation smooth and stops any blockages. Jingjin’s plates are made of TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This gives them a special mix of flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. We use a CNC center for precision machining. This makes sure each filter plate has a flatness of less than 25µm. So, it seals well when we press and doesn’t leak when we feed materials. Our plates follow both the Chinese JB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the German DIN7129 standard. So, they are compatible with products from Europe and America. Jingjin’s filter plates filter 20% faster than plates made according to national standards. They also have higher density, more strength, better anti-fatigue ability, and are more resistant to aging.
These filter plates can endure a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. They can withstand high temperatures and pressures, and they’re corrosion-resistant. They seal tightly, have short filtering cycles, work efficiently, and the filter cake has very little moisture.
