To meet stringent filtration requirements, Jingjin has introduced a complete German filter cloth production line and technology. Leveraging 27 years of filtration expertise, Jingjin employs heavy German rapier looms to weave the finest silk threads into high-density filter cloths with various hole patterns, using a beating-up force of 0.3-3.5 tons after each weft crosses the warp. Jingjin filter cloths feature 50% more filtration holes per unit area compared to other filter cloths, significantly enhancing filtration speed. The cloth is woven under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, eliminating fabric burrs caused by static electricity.

A key innovation is the monofilament filter cloth, which allows filter cakes to automatically detach, solving a longstanding challenge in the industry.

PP Filter Plate

Jingjin’s filter plates are crafted using polypropylene (PP) material through a precision molding process. The filtration surface is designed with a special channel that ensures smooth operation without any blockages. The composition of Jingjin’s plates includes TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene, providing a unique combination of flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. Precision machining at the CNC center ensures that the flatness of each filter plate is less than 25µm, guaranteeing excellent sealing during pressing and preventing any leakage during feeding.

Our plates meet not only the Chinese JB/T4333.3-2005 standard but also the German DIN7129 standard, making them fully compatible with European and American products. Compared to plates manufactured according to national standards, Jingjin’s filtration plates offer a 20% improvement in filtration speed, along with enhanced density, strength, anti-fatigue, and anti-aging properties.

The filter plates can withstand a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. They are characterized by their resistance to high temperatures and pressures, corrosion resistance, airtight sealing, short filtering cycles, effective processing, and low cake moisture content.

Recessed Plate

2.Available materials include cast iron, steel Q235, cast steel, stainless steel, cast copper, aluminum alloy, PP, TPE elastomer, EPDM, NBR, and more.
3.Maximum feeding pressure is 3 MPa.
4.Features include high temperature and pressure resistance, excellent sealing and cake washing, anti-corrosion properties, short filtration periods, and reduced cake moisture.

Membrane Plate

1.Membrane plates deliver outstanding filtration results and significant benefits.
2.The solid content can be controlled through squeezing pressure.
3.Double squeezing after filtration completion enhances the solid content of the cake.
4.Membrane plates operate on a “low pressure for filtration, higher pressure for squeezing” principle, extending lifespan and reducing energy consumption.
