Advantages of Our Customized CGR Recessed Plate:
We make our filter plates from polypropylene (PP) material with a precision molding process. The filtration surface has a special channel system. This system keeps the operation smooth and stops any blockages.
JINGJIN plates are made of TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. This gives them flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After CNC machining, the flatness of our filter plates stays below 25µm. So, they seal really well when we press them and don’t leak during feeding.
Our plates meet both the Chinese JB/T4333.3 – 2005 standard and the German DIN7129 standard. That means they work well with products from Europe and America.
Compared to filter plates made to national standards, ours filter 20% faster. Also, they have higher density, more strength, better fatigue resistance, and are more resistant to aging. Their performance is effectively doubled.
Our filter plates can handle a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. We design them to resist high temperatures and pressures. They have great antiseptic and airtight features. Because of this, the filtering cycles are shorter, the processing results are better, and the moisture content in the filter cake is lower.
