What is a Screw Press
A screw press is a type of machine that uses a rotating screw to apply pressure on materials. It is commonly used for dewatering, pressing, and compacting materials.

- Easy to Operate and Maintain：Thanks to different sensors, our spiral extruded sludge thickener can run non – stop for 24 hours without losing efficiency. If something goes wrong, the system sets off an alarm and shuts down right away. That way, maintenance is both safe and easy.
- Works Great for Low-Concentration Sludge：This sludge thickener is perfect for handling sludge with concentrations between 0.2% and 2%. It can boost the sludge’s concentration to over 5%, so it’s a great fit for jobs involving low – concentration sludge.
