Advantages of Our Ultra-thin Membrane Plate:

Our filter plates are crafted using polypropylene (PP) material through a precision molding process. The filtration surface is designed with a unique channel system that ensures smooth operation without any blockages.

The composition of JINGJIN plates includes TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene, providing a combination of flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After undergoing CNC machining, the flatness of our filter plates is maintained below 25µm, ensuring excellent sealing during pressing and preventing any leakage during feeding.

Our plates meet not only the Chinese JB/T4333.3-2005 standard but also the German DIN7129 standard, making them fully compatible with European and American products.

Compared to filtration plates manufactured according to national standards, our plates offer a 20% improvement in filtration speed. Additionally, they exhibit enhanced density, strength, fatigue resistance, and anti-aging properties, effectively doubling their performance.

The filter plates can withstand a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. They are designed to resist high temperatures and pressures, providing excellent antiseptic and airtight properties. This results in shorter filtering cycles, superior processing outcomes, and lower moisture content in the filter cake.
