1. We craft our filter plates from polypropylene (PP) using a precision molding process. The filtration surface has specially designed channels to keep the operation smooth and free of blockages.
2. JINGJIN plates are made of TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene. They combine flexibility, toughness, and rigidity in a unique way. After processing in a CNC machining center, we keep the flatness of our filter plates below 25µm. This ensures good sealing when pressing and stops leakage when feeding.
3. Our plates meet both the Chinese GB/T4333.3-2005 standard and the German DIN7129 standard. So, they can work well with products from Europe and America.
4. Compared with filter plates made to national standards, ours filter 20% faster. They also have better density, strength, fatigue resistance, and anti – aging properties. This effectively doubles their performance.
5. Our filter plates can handle a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6 MPa. They’re designed to resist high temperatures and pressures. They have great antiseptic and airtight qualities. This makes the filtering cycles shorter, the processing results better, and the filter cake less moist.
