Main features:
- Compact and Space-Saving Design：Our spiral extruded sludge thickener has a combined assembly, unlike traditional models. This design makes installation easy and takes up much less space. It’s perfect for places where space is limited.
- Low Water Consumption：The spiral extruded sludge dehydrator has a moving ring that overlaps with static rings when it works. The spiral shaft drives the moving ring to clean the filter slits automatically. So, it uses very little rinse water. Its water consumption is less than 1% of what other thickening equipment usually needs.
- Easy to Operate and Maintain：Thanks to various sensors, our spiral extruded sludge thickener can run continuously for 24 hours without getting less efficient. If something goes wrong, the system sets off an alarm and stops working right away. This makes maintenance safe and simple.
- Works Well with Low-Concentration Sludge：We designed this sludge thickener specifically for sludge with concentrations between 0.2% and 2%. After processing, the sludge gets concentrated to over 5%. It’s really good at handling low-concentration sludge.
